Focus T25

I recently ordered T25 from and I cannot wait to start the full program August 12th. I have tried a few of the workouts because I was so anxious and I can already tell I am going to LOVE this workout. It is quick, intense and gives you a great burn. 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week is something anyone can do and even with two kids in the house my husband and I were able to complete the workout together. The workouts are broken down to focus on cardio, speed, total body, lower body focus, and abs in the first five weeks. Then a second set of DVDs for weeks 6-10.

I will be updating the blog with reviews and transformations as I do it.
